Our catering business allows us the unique opportunity to evaluate ourselves. We have the ability to hire periodically, bartenders from one of our training programs. This allows us to see our trainee in a live working environment. By monitoring our new bartender we are able to determine where changes may need to be made to our curriculum, what information may need to be added or what existing material may need increased emphasis.
